Backyard Patio for Hot Tub

SCC worked closely with these homeowners to design and create a backyard patio where they would ultimately place a hot tub. Layout of this patio was very important – taking into consideration neighborhood privacy, views from the house, and topography. SCC designed an organic shape cut into the hillside, which we ultimately finished with a basalt rock retaining wall. A decorative brick border was placed as a visual break between the existing concrete and new patio. The exposed aggregate finish was matched to the existing.
