Start-to-Finish New Construction

SCC completed the concrete on this new home for a couple moving to Port Townsend. Working directly for the homeowner, we were involved in this home at various phases from start to finish – beyond just concrete, we helped the out-of-town homeowners locate reputable sub-contractors and answered questions whenever possible. The scope of this project includes a foundation, garage slab, acid-stained, colored interior slab, and exterior flatwork. The interior slab is ‘earthen’ colored with the mahogany acid stain applied using a ‘swirled’ technique. It was a pleasure to help this couple create their dream retirement home!
