Waterfront New Construction

SCC provided the foundation and exterior flatwork for this gorgeous waterfront home. In our first collaboration with Little & Little Construction, we were pleased to create a superior foundation appropriate for a home of this caliber. On the exterior, we helped design and ultimately construct a multi-level back patio to take full advantage of the setting. This patio was exposed aggregate with one rounded corner for the owners to place a fire pit.
