Exposed Shop Foundation

SCC worked with this Sequim-area homeowner to design a well-functioning shop for him and his family, but also add a little style to the building. This is where the exposed exterior wall comes in – not only is this a safe, clean design for a shop, it adds visual appeal as well. The interior slab has a hard trowel finish while the exterior carport slab features a SCC Custom finish.
