Organic Processing Plant

Starting with a rough sketch on a piece of scratch paper, SCC worked with John Bellows of Spring Rain Farm and Orchard to design and create a fully-functioning abattoir for their organic poultry operations. Ever mindful to purpose of the design, SCC helped to create a workflow with functionality and sanitation at the forefront. To accomplish this task, specialty drains were strategically placed throughout the slab – even the direction of the broom finish was directed for drainage. It was wonderful to help another local business accomplish their goals!
